Mary recently did some value studies, so I decided to try some also. Eggs seemed an easy way to focus on light & shadow, with little distraction... and Lord knows, we got plenty of eggs around here!

Valued Eggs
I'm without an official exchange Moleskine currently, but I'm amusing myself in a small handmade book. The paper is gray card stock. Mary recently did some value studies, so I decided to try some also. Eggs seemed an easy way to focus on light & shadow, with little distraction... and Lord knows, we got plenty of eggs around here!

I like them - very pretty! Are the pages different colors, or do they just look that way?

@ballookey: The pages are all the same gray, but my camera didn't perceive them as such (natural light issue)? Same thing with my banana trio, though it's less noticable.
@Mary: Not yet, but I will. I was tempted by the gray paper first. Little Mole is next, I promise :-)
WOW! Amazing that there is such color variation ont he same color paper.
Like bananas, eggs too are good for you. Beaytiful studies goin' on here!
