Is the first one a statement about Bush's puppet government?

I am with Mary, the lizard with lipstick is very fun as I smile from ear to ear! Nicely done.

Thanks everyone!

The first one is actually someone I know that I started sketching one evening. The guy on the right that is. I wasn't thinking of the president but interesting take.

It wasn't so much that it looked like the president, but I always think of the outgoing man as being manipulated by others. (That was my first thought when I saw it--I didn't mean to take away from the piece, I really like the piece as it is.)
