Fallen Moon, Last in Jessie's

Fallen Moon, by Mary Stebbins Taitt. This is from a dream a few
nights ago. It's the last one in Jessie's, which I'll be packaging up
and sending off to Jessie as soon as I can--maybe not today but soon.
Gouache and colored pencil.

OK, Mary, you are a woman possessed, really. This is absofreakinloutly awesome. Seriously, I'm in awe.

WOW! Thanks so much! I really appreciate it.

I dreamed the piece and got up and sketched it in my dream journal. I'm thinking I may do more with it.

Excellent work... I have to admit I had never thought of a dream journal. I see things (images) and then download them into a drawing. I dream, but do not document. HMmmm. I have work to do. Thank you!

I often dream I am painting or drawing (or writing a poem or story) but am lucky if I can remember enough to write it down or drawn it.

I always hope I didn't see it somewhere, remember it, and dream it. I'd hate to paint an imitation of something someone else had done that I remembered and dreamed of (but forgot consciously!)
