(Maybe I'm not supposed to say what it looks like to me? If that's true, I apologize--It looks like the figure of death or some other hooded human figure) emerging from a pile of--bodies? intestines?)

Nothing wrong with saying what it looks like to you, though it's not a particular goal of mine for my work to "look like" anything. It tends more to be a subconscious reflection on my mental state at the time I draw it. I guess it's good that you seem to pick up from it that I'm not necessarily in a happy place right now.
