Moleskine Exchange

Merry Christmas all...

Here is a self-portrait of me awaiting the next moleskin!

Johnny Norman, just an FYI: I have been without a moleskin for the last 30 days. Unfortunately, I have nothing to draw in and nothing to send to you. Enjoy your time off.

Have a "Happy New Year."

Slick pic.

more FYI: I have currently have three moleskins but I am not sure how. One is going to get shipped out in the morning but the other two?

I thought we took an extra month in there but maybe not.

Wow! I shipped the last one off pretty quick to keep Johnny Norman on track. Shipping to the UK is a long haul (5-10 days).

I know Willie is starting grad school and has zero time so he needed the month to catch up... I haven't seen any posts in the moleskin by Willie in over the last 30 days though.

Personally, I need the tight deadlines to keep me on track. 30 days = a habit. I haven't really doodled anything over the last 30 days.

No worries I have been surfing, Skateboarding and looks like snow so the snow boarding is almost here too!

Cheers!

Sorry Ammon for the pile up. Take your time man - not sure how far you got. I figured, once I'm finished, I'd send it out, just so I don't forget (or misplace it).

Mike, Merry Christmas holmes, and great job btw!

Steve! I may be out your way in February. Bethesda MD. I plan on surfing my old breaks while there (mind: freeze my backside off). Virginia Beach, Cape Hatteras etc...

School is done on Thursday and then I will bust those out.

Are you really surfing in February? Crazy. I have been kayaking up here with as much gear as I can wear and still paddle. Have fun out there, is sounds like fun.

i wasn't sure whether to speed up or take my time, but i'm 2 and a third pages away from finishing Mary's book. i need the deadline too, but also glad of a little respite. Still, I know Alan is all ready for the next one, so i'll try and get it to him before Christmas.

I have Steve's book. Milo has been drawing her sketches in a separate sketchbook and gluing them in so as to keep the ones she gets sent on to me on schedule and I've been sending them on to Jessie on schedule so far. I don't mind however you all need to figure it out. Make it work for everyone so we can finish the rotation if possible. Deadlines work for me, keeping me on schedule, but they could be longer if necessary. I haven't started the new book yet--busy with holiday stuff.

Just do what you can when you can everyone. I know this is a busy time of year. If you need extra time to catch up just contact the people after you.

I work better with deadlines too, but I can't make what workes better for me work for everyone.

Steve made me realize I shouldn't rush people. We'll get there!

Haha, Mike and Ammon - surfing and kayaking!!! You guys are crazy!! It used to be in me as a kid - a teen, when I went skateboarding on a daily basis - the stuff i'd pull. Looking back I can see how it aged my poor parents. Now i just draw and paint on skateboards. :P
