The past is calling - in progress

I thought I'd post a little progress shot of what I'm doing with Mike's collaboration in Andrea's book. That's me, my mother, and my grandmother. I just found a photo of my great-grandmother, so I'm hoping to fit it in there somehow.

Check out those crazy octagonal glasses my mom was wearing! She used to be so trendy - in the 1970's! LOL

Ha-ha, funny Aya. I was just going to post that those glasses would be back in style any day.

Thanks, all!

The problem with the glasses is that my mother would never wear something so hip these days. She's firmly in the mindset that old ladies aren't cool and so she doesn't try.

My feeling is fuck that. Dress how you want. If you want to wear cool glasses and tight pants, you f'ing do it, and I don't care what your age is! I'm going to totally do that as I get older. Much to the embarrassment of all my acquaintances, I'm sure.

Can I be one of your acquaintances? Sounds like fun :-)

Meanwhile, great portraits!

Don't look now, Heidi, but I think you already are one of my acquaintences! ;)
