Mary's moleskine

Sorry for the delay! Here's my set in Mary's which I'll post off tomorrow morning.
The Conchords' Jemain was inspired by Ammon's drawing also in Mary's book. I know it's been a while because I've forgotten how to get the best scans.

Hi Pals!

Long time no see for a few of you.

I wanted to check in and ask everyone to finish up with the Moly's you have and mail them off. We have almost completed this journey and I am sure everyone is ready to see their books arrive back home with loads of wonderful art in them. I know I am!

Cheers!

The hole in my thinking

ugly dogs attack willie's book !

Why ugly dogs? I say, why not! I don't know, I found some images accidentally while looking for some online reference material for another dog drawing of a different nature. I saw these "ugly dog" photos and had to draw me some. The speech bubbles were definitely an after-thought - the drawings could have stood alone, but it seemed like the pages needed more. Anyhow, I'm not sure if Willie's book is the last I have to work on in this first round. I think it just might be. Whatever the case, it's off to Ammon today! In the meantime, can anyone tell me who has my book? I'd greatly appreciate it. :)

#2 Lino Turtle

LIno Take One!

My daughter Katie and I spent a couple of hours at http://www.offcenter.org this afternoon - after the zoo. We created our first of many linos! I love it!

My 6 year old's Lino

BB, Sleepy and Superquick

Milo has been sending me sketches and pretty paper on my envelopes and packages with each mole shipment, so this morning, getting ready to send Jessie's Mole off (which I probably can't do today because the post office is probably closed [?], but I can get it ready anyway), I made a super quick sketch of BB who had just gotten up--less than two minutes--it took more than three times as long to scan it as to draw it. LOL! Aiee!

Fallen Moon, Last in Jessie's

Fallen Moon, by Mary Stebbins Taitt. This is from a dream a few
nights ago. It's the last one in Jessie's, which I'll be packaging up
and sending off to Jessie as soon as I can--maybe not today but soon.

Senior Show

Hello gang. I have been busy with the major project of my senior year which is the Senior Exhibition. I have been working like crazy on that and nothing else. The photo is of the project finally up! There are 75 prints in there and each with a little bit of handcoloring. Our very own Andrea is in there.

I will get to work on the sketchbook that I have very shortly.

I is alive

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to post something to prove I'm still alive and working :)

Here are a couple previews from Ammon's mole-- I'm on vacation now, so I should be able to get in some good drawing time and finish it up soon.
