Collaboration with Steve in Hennie's Mole: Diaphony, Dancers with Scarves

Here's my collaboration with Steve in Hennie's Mole. I am calling it: Diaphony, Dancers with Scarves.

The other is another little pocket treat--I painted it with gouache on orange paper--it's The Grand Canal in Venice. Hennie gets a print because it's too big for the pocket.

Mary, the collab is brilliant - you surprise me every time. These are both awesome!

They are both lovely. That painting on orange paper worked out really well! I love how the warm color really permeates the scene.

Thanks, Steve and Ballookey, I really appreciate your kindness! YAY!

I'm curious, Steve, if you had something else in mind. Dancers are what I saw immediately.

Ballookey, I've done three of those gouache on colored paper paintings now and have been relatively pleased with all three. Interesting. Only my own inexperience and lack of skill interferes with their full realization. But FUN!! :-D

The dancers with scarves, omg, it's such clever use of Steve's swirly overlapping lines! How fun!

And your travel paintings in gouache are more colorful & beautiful every time.

Did I say it was painted on orange paper? I want to maybe do more of these, but not necessarily on ORANGE!! LOL!
