In the pocket

State Birds

I had a whole new plan for the pocket, but now, that I got home, I wanted to make something that's about both NY and LA. I found this little book in my building hallway this morning, people who live here, leave stuff they don't want for others to use, so I decided to use the paper from the book to make something.
Eventually I decided to make 2 State birds drawing, one for NY, and one for CA.

All done!
I'm going to have this packed tomorrow and send it to Anders on Monday!

Love these, especially the bluebird. We get them up here in our nest boxes every summer :-)

I love these, too! What a great idea and execution of the idea. Superb! I really love birds and these are cool!

Damn Aya, you're on fire! I'm diggin' these pages and I really enjoyed how thoroughly you blogged your experiences and your art from the past week. Very inspiring.

These are really cool! I have some old paper I want to use, but nothing seems worthy. I guess I have to just jump in! Very inspirational-like all of your pieces.

I like the woman with the bear head or the bear with human breasts on FLICKR!
