Overall, I tend to prefer artwork that keys in on a few tints and tones rather than a lot of different hues. Um, my own work notwithstanding! ;) So I like the exploration and meditation on these green shades. Also, it's a sophisticated palette: The second or bottom page totally would look at home in a modern decor.

Lastly, the lighter shades of green remind me of the color of glass or of ocean waves right at their thinnest. Purple might be my favorite color, but that glassy ocean green is one of my favorite colors to experience, so I love this as a study in emerald. (^O^)
