I just love staring at your work. I start to imagine what might be going on in one part, only to have it morph into something else. Very dream-like and trippy.

The colors here are a departure from some the recent work--my first impression was a surfer on a wave. I agree--your work is wonderful and exotic and I wish I could do it!

Two sailing ships in a battle with each other and a huge storm.

Great detail.

Strange fungal fairy homes growing out of the side of a gnarled tree.

Love the way the yellow and green are shaded,

what I really love about your work is that unlike a lot of other abstracts I don't feel a need to figure out what it is, I just like the colors and shapes so much.

I was playing around with some prismacolor markers on this one. I got the gigantic box of them over a year ago and have barely used them so I figured it was about time. The method was to do some fairly random marker doodling, then, using what's there, add in the line work to sculpt it into something.

Very cool Anders, I love the Prismacolors although they tend to bleed through on the Moleskines.

I say those markers are gonna take you in some new wonderful directions.

Wow... Intense and awesome! Things which make you go HMMMM. So much there to love and stare! I found memories of rough seas!

Your work is evocative for me, also. I like seeing what my responses are, whether abstract or mentally tangible.

This one takes me to summer, the boardwalk in NJ, colorful salt water taffy...
