Pelican Pocket

I approached the book pocket gimmick this way. I hope that each of you will add something as my book comes to you. When it returns home, I hope to find my pelican full of diverse treasures! And I don't mean bottle caps & cigarette butts, you jokers. He prefers paper goods. You know, $20 bills... tickets to a show... or at least some nicely decorated fish cutouts? You get the idea :-)

Love the drawing! That's how I'm handling the pocket as well: I was going to leave something in everyone's pocket as they come around. I have plenty of flat trinkets, but I also have the possibility open that if I think of something new as the year goes on, I can include that as well.

This is very cute--what a fun idea.

:-D Yr so creative, Hennie--cool pelican!

I filled my pocket up with stuff for you guys! So maybe each of you, as you take something out--could put something back in for me? I like fish too. (No smelly ones, though!)
