Bye bye Steve's Mole

I took this on my front steps yesterday before I mailed it--didn't
dare toss it up in the air! Yikes! I enjoyed its visit immensely!
Now I am looking forward to the next one. I love that monster
face--the birds are great too--whats the shiny stuff painted on it,
Steve--on all of them?

Hey Steve, did you try my "secret weapon" for pizzazz (clear nail polish as spot varnish) & didn't tell me? Tee hee!

It was kind of pearlescent and vaguely glittery

I thought that receiving the first book would be the most exciting, now I'm waiting for the second and as twice excited! I like the idea of seeing this as a "visit" that's just how it felt.

Strangely enough this just made me realize that I relate to sketchbooks as a place rather then an object \ person that can visit, almost like the books stay in place and we all move around them.
