I was playing with the new metallic pens I just got for my collab with Gretchen (I hope they are right!)
The first is a scan and the second a photo trying to show the metallic sheen.

I do enjoy a nice metallic pen, great idea here Mary with the half color.
I HAD FUN DOING HALF OF IT AND I WAS WORKING ON ANOTHER PAINTING FOR YOUR POCKET (oops sorry about the cap lock) when I suddenly decided to leave it intentionally unfinished. I don't know why, I just wanted to--not because I was lazy, I just liked the way it looked.
I think I'll post it--it's DIGITAL painting on Artrage on the iPad. I was experimenting to see if I could embed objects like two of my friends who paint in acrylics and embed things.
I love the half colored effect!
FUN! I might try it again--I just used artist's tape.
