mole_2


has anyone tried painting in a moleskine? just curious how the paper holds up.... guess i should practice that in my book.

That's so cute! Absolutely adorable. :-D

I just painted a picture in mine in acrylics. I did it on the inside of the front cover.

But that doesn't help with the issue of how it would hold up. Which is why I did it on the inside of the front cover.

I was going to try water colors next.

Light watercolors will hold up. I have had washes bleed right through though. Same deal with liquid acrylics. I think Mary could actually get away with using acrylics everywhere because they don't really soak as much....and the real reason I am commenting: great image!

I have not started my book yet, this is finals week coming up so I am hustling to study and finish a couple of projects.

Good luck with your finals.

I used water color pencils and water soluble oil pastels on two of my moles and that worked fine.
